IMPORTANT RULES

• No parties or events.

• No eating in the bedrooms - snacks/munchies are OK. 

• Please do not leave any rubbish or belongings in shared spaces.

• We encourage all guests to recycle. More information on this can be found here.

• Quiet Time is between 10PM - 7AM. There should be no loud music or gatherings in the garden or the front of the house between these times to respect our neighbours.

• Please ensure all windows and doors and closed and locked whenever you leave the property.

• The security alarm should also be set whenever you leave the property. It's quick and easy and the instructions can be found here

• The listing deliberately does not mention a Hot Tub as the Hot Tub is not available for guests and must not be used. This is secuirty locked with a PIN so none of the functions including heating or cleaning will be operable.

• Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.

• Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind – alcohol is OK.

• Absolutely NO filming for personal or professional use without prior approval.
