How to set and unset the house alarm
Watch the video to learn how to set and unset the house alarm using your key fob.

Use the fob provided on your keys to activate and deactivate the alarm.

Hold the fob in front of (but not touching) the sensor.

This is the process for setting and unsetting the alarm.
-
This is a monitored alarm and on occasion may set when the house in unoccupied.

If the alarm is triggered and the fob does not deactivate the alarm right away, please try another fob.
-
The alarm can easily be reset remotely by the owners in the event of a malfunction. Please contact the host if this happens.

How to reset the Boiler

If you experience an issue with the hot water, the boiler is located on the top floor of the house and can be accessed through the utility door.

To check the system:

Press OK on the boiler display.
-
Open the menu using the three-line icon.
-
Select Boiler Status and press OK again.

If the pressure is low, it will appear in red on the display.
-
To restore the pressure:
-
Locate the small filling valve underneath the boiler.
-
Turn the valve clockwise to increase the pressure.
-
Once the indicator reaches the green zone, turn the valve anticlockwise to stop filling.
-
When the pressure is back in the green range, the hot water system should begin working normally again.

How to use the dishwasher

Before starting a wash cycle, check that the dishwasher filter is clean. The filter can be removed easily for rinsing and emptying if needed.
To operate the dishwasher:

Press the power button until the display lights up.
-
Select your preferred wash program using the Program button.
-
We recommend using the Eco setting for everyday use.
-
Place a dishwasher cleaning tablet into the detergent compartment and close the lid.
-
Close the dishwasher door firmly.
-
You will hear a tone to confirm that the wash cycle has started.
